Please follow the attached documents to configure the Check Scanner software in end-user's computer. Start with the "Installation Assistant User Guide" and then the "Webscan Origin Domain". The "InstallationAssistant.exe" is the software you will be needing which can be downloaded from the bank website if there's an update. 


Here are some tips you can use to troubleshoot the software if you are having issues when everything has been installed. 


  1. Make sure that the old Tellerscan drivers have been removed. In the application list, remove software that has "Tellerscan" in it's name. You will also need to remove the  image application.
  2. If you are getting any strange errors when running the Webscan, try to quit/terminate the Webscan process on the computer and try again.
