You can use Microsoft Bookings with Me (formerly known as "Bookings with Me") to create a personalized scheduling page and share it via a link in your Outlook signature, email, or calendar invite. Here's how to set it up:


Step-by-Step: Set Up a Booking Page in Outlook


1. Open Bookings on the Web


2. Set Up Your Booking Page

  • You'll see a Personal booking page and the option to add Create meeting types.

  • Create different types of meetings:

    • Name (e.g., "15-minute Chat" or "Project Review")

    • Duration

    • Public

    • Location (Teams, phone, in-person)

    • Advanced - Email Reminders


3. Publish and Copy Your Booking Link

  • At the top of the page, click “Share” to copy your personal booking page URL.  You will use this in the next steps.


4. Add to your Signature in Outlook

  • Create a new email message
  • Click Insert Signature under the Xink Signatures app
  • Click Edit contact details
  • In the A message at the bottom of you signature add this and replace all the bolded text with the link that was copied from above -
  • <a href="paste here">Book a meeting with me</a>


Optional

The link from Step 4 is only for 1 booking type of meeting - i.e. a 15 minute meeting.  If you wish to publish more book types - 15 minute, 30 minute, etc.. you need to use another link.

  • After you have completed Step 3 again for your additional booking types go back to the Booking homepage https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme
  • Select Share and Copy Link.
  • Use that link to paste into your Outlook Signature
