Open the App Store on your phone's home screen
From the landing screen of the App Store, click Search
In the Search Bar along the top type Duo Mobile and click on the 1st entry it finds
You will then see this screen - Ignore the app in the Ad and click on Get for Duo Mobile.

Once Duo is installed, go back to the Search in the App Store and Search for Outlook for IOS and click on the 1st entry it finds
You will then see this screen - Ignore the app in the Ad and click on Get for Microsoft Outlook.

Once Outlook is installed, go back to the Search in the App Store and Search for Teams and click on the 1st entry it finds
You will then see this screen - Ignore the app in the Ad and click on Get for Microsoft Teams.
